Q: Can more than one person use the monitor?
A: No. Each monitor is personally calibrated to a single individual.
Q: Do I still see my eye doctor for my regular visits?
A: Yes. The ForeseeHome Program provides ongoing monitoring between your regular office visits.
Q: Do I need a computer or internet to use the ForeseeHome AMD Monitor?
A: No, the ForeseeHome does not require a home computer or internet connection. To start using your device, simply plug it into a power outlet and phone line. Additionally, if you do not have a phone jack, we can provide a cellular modem to transmit your test results.
Q: How often should I test my eye(s) with the monitor?
A: Once a day is the standard recommendation.
Q: What happens if a change in my results is detected?
A. The Notal Vision Data Monitoring Center will notify your eye doctor to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Notal Vision will also inform you of any alerts.
Q: What if I go on vacation?
A: Continue to test when you go on vacation. The lightweight monitor (in its original packaging) was designed for easy travel. In addition, you can send data from any location and no long distance service is required. If no phone line is available, you can still test daily. The device will store all data and then transmit it once plugged back into a phone line.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions about the ForeseeHome?
A: Call the Notal Vision Customer Service Center at 888-910-2020 with any questions. Please do not call your doctor’s office.
