Barak Azmon, MD - Co-founder and CEO
Dr. Azmon formerly worked at the Ophthalmology Department of the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. Prior to founding Notal Vision, he founded and managed an educational company.
Yair Alster, MD - Co-founder and Medical Advisor
Dr. Alster is an ophthalmologist with emphasis as a clinician and researcher in the field of retinal diseases. He is currently Chief Medical Officer at Forsight Labs in Menlo-Park, CA, an incubator dedicated to the development of ophthalmic therapies.
Gidi Benyamini - Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Gidi is responsible for product development and engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, clinical trials, and customer support. Prior to joining Notal Vision, he was VP of Engineering and Manufacturing at LaserComm, a telecommunications company based in Dallas, TX.
Hadar Levy - Vice President, Business Development & Chief Financial Officer
Hadar has over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Notal Vision, Hadar was the corporate controller of GE Healthcare Technologies Ltd. He has also held various senior positions at Deloitte, including head of their high-tech department. Hadar is a licensed CPA, holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Economics, and has an M.B.A. specializing in law.
Muki Rapp, Ph.D. - Vice President, Research & Development
Muki has over 15 years of experience in the field of software development. As VP of Research and Development, Muki manages the technological team of Notal Vision and leads the entire development process. He holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Neuroscience and B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Garrett O'Connell - General Manager, U.S.
Garrett has over 20 years of experience in the eye care industry. As General Manager, he leads Notal Vision’s U.S. business activities based in St. Louis, MO. Garrett previously served as Director of Business Development at Sightpath Medical. He has also held various sales and management positions at Optos, Laser Diagnostic Technologies, Zeiss Humphrey, and Storz/Bausch & Lomb Surgical.
John Moore - Consultant, Board Observer
John is the former president of Notal Vision and has over 30 years of experience in the eye care industry. He previously served as CEO of Laser Diagnostic Technologies and held senior positions at Alcon, Zeiss and Coherent.
